Who Are We?
Serving the city of Red Deer and surrounding areas, Ascendancy Wrestling Academy is the region's first and only American-style wrestling program. We provide year-round recreational wrestling classes utilizing game-based learning techniques with a fun-first approach. Our philosophy is that wrestling can be a sport for anyone, and our mission is to spread the love of wrestling to everyone. We feature classes for children, youth and adults, so there's something for everyone!

Class Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Kids (ages 5-12): 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Teen & Adults (ages 13+): 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM
*Open Mat Wrestling & Grappling (all ages): 7:45 PM - 9:00 PM
Parents are also encouraged to get involved in the kids classes anytime for a whole-family workout for no extra charge.
*Open Mat attendees must arrive by 7:50 PM. Doors may be closed if arrival is after this time.
Pricing
Monthly: $125
Quarterly (3-Months): $300 ($75 savings compared to monthly)
10-Class Pass (does not expire): $200
Family Discount: Add additional family members for only $75 each per month or per 10-class pass.
